Where Hearts and Minds continue to grow.

Plattsburgh third and fourth grades students studied the factors that led to the original Thanksgiving, including the reasons the Pilgrims left Europe, their Mayflower journey and the role of Native Americans in their survival and New World settlement. The students learned old games and weaving, helped cook turkeys, potatoes and cranberries for their lunch and celebrated the day in poetry and song.
